Notes: "Boulevard Haussmann", was painted by Edouard Leon Cortes, circa 1945-1955. The painting is signed, lower right, Edouard Cortes. It is in overall good condition. There is a small pin hole in the canvas lower right quadrant above the figures head, which is only visible when shined in the light the hole is not visible to the naked eye.
