Notes: Interieur by Edouard Leon Cortes was painter circa 1940-50. It is oil on canvas laid on Masonite and signed lower left Edouard Cortes. Nicole Verdier has confirmed authenticity of the painting and will include it in Vol. III for the Edouard Leon Cortes Catalogue Raisonne for the artist's works. It is also included in the Virtual Catalogue Raisonne for the Complete Works of Edouard Leon Cortes EC001280.
