Notes: "La Madeleine en la neige", by Edouard Cortes, is signed lower left. The painting is on original canvas; faint craquelure, particularly in lower left and lower right quadrants; minor fleck of paint loss in lower left quadrant Framed Dimensions 24.5 X 27.5 Inches NOTE: "La Madeleine en la neige" is a wonderful example of Cortes' ability to capture the magic of Paris covered in a winter snow. The painting is in perfect condition with no restoration. It is accompanied with the original bill of sale dated 1968 and inventory #6933.
