Notes: "Rue de la mer, Port en Bessin (Normandy)", was painted by Edouard Leon Cortes, circa 1920-1930. The painting is signed lower right, Edouard Cortes. This is a wonderful view down a street toward the sea in Port-en-Bessin-Huppain, which is a commune in the Calvados department in the Basse-Normandie region in northwestern France.
